It has been created as an alternative to Oak.Idigbo resembles oak quite a lot in terms of colour and the grain detail. The only difference is it is more stable, much cheaper and also lighter. There are solid Idigbo frames available.
6. The Monmouth Range of Oak garage doors
This range is actually made from solid oak styles and rails that have got oak-faced plywood infill panels. They opt to use plywood because solid oak is very heavy and also shrinks. The infill panels that are oak faced are stable and light.
